for now but raising it with possible new races in expansions is being considered

The FAQs say that it hasn't been decided yet but it will probably be around there. In my mind 4 is the bare minnimum for a game this great.

Sorry, but what is a 'toon'? I thought 'toon' is for 'cartoon'?
